Our team visits your property to assess the land, check for any challenges, and understand the local zoning requirements. We'll evaluate soil conditions, access routes, utility connections, and any site preparation needs.
Work with our designers to create your perfect floor plan. We'll develop detailed 3D renderings, help you select finishes, and finalize every aspect of your home's design. This phase includes unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied.
We handle all the paperwork including building permits, zoning approvals, and utility connections. Our team has extensive experience with Long Island municipalities and will navigate this process efficiently on your behalf.
Your home modules are built in our climate-controlled factory by skilled craftsmen. This controlled environment ensures consistent quality regardless of weather conditions. You're welcome to visit and see your home taking shape.
While your home is being built in the factory, we prepare your site. This includes excavation, foundation construction, utility hookups, driveway installation, and any necessary landscaping preparation.
The completed modules are transported to your site and carefully placed on the foundation using specialized cranes. Our team then connects the modules, creating one seamless structure. This process typically takes just 1-2 days.
Our on-site crews complete all finishing work including connecting utilities, finishing interior joints, installing exterior siding, and any custom details. We ensure every aspect meets our high quality standards.
Once complete, your home undergoes thorough inspections to ensure everything meets building codes. We then conduct a detailed walkthrough with you, explaining all systems and addressing any questions before handover.
Receive your keys and move into your beautiful new home! Our commitment doesn't end here – we provide ongoing support and warranty service to ensure your complete satisfaction for years to come.
